Derek Ralph, WSBA LLLT #145, is a Limited Licensed Legal Technician "LLLT" at Solutions Legal Group, PLLC.
 
LLLT's are not lawyers but are licensed to advise and assist people going through divorce, child custody, and other family law matters in Washington.
As a LLLT, Derek can assist you in the following areas:
  • Divorce
  • Legal Separation
  • Parenting and Support (Parenting Plans & Child Support)
  • Parentage or Paternity
  • Domestic Violence Protection Orders
  • Contempt (arising from a family law case)
  • Child Support Modifications
  • Minor Parenting Plan Modifications
  • Major Parenting Plan Modifications (can assist only through the hearing on the adequate cause. Can also prepare Revised Final Parenting Plans when agreed or by default)
  • Prepare paperwork and accompany and assist clients in dispute resolution proceedings including mediation, arbitration, and settlement conferences
  • Committed Intimate Relationships (only as they pertain to parenting and support issues)
  • Other Protection or Restraining Orders arising from a domestic relations case (For example, an anti-harassment order against your ex-husband/wife)
  • Relocation (only able to prepare Notice of Intent to Relocate with Children and Revised Final Parenting Plans when agreed or by default)
